The company has large-scale shot blasting machines and paint booths. This allows us to perform shot blasting on both structural components and complete machines, enhancing surface strength and paint adhesion, thereby ensuring a more durable and visually enduring finish for the entire production line.
The company has successively designed and manufactured hundreds of high-end automated, intelligent and digital production lines for lost foam casting and V-process molding casting, coated sand shell mold casting and centrifugal casting with annual capacity of 5,000 to 60,000 tons. It is a key enterprise in China’s equipment manufacturing industry for lost foam casting, V-process casting and resin-coated sand shell molding.
